Thank you. I’m trying to get better, but it takes a lot of practice. I have a Canon Rebel XTi (450D). It’s decent, but I’m not satisfied with it, and wouldn’t recommend it, especially to someone who is as good behind the lens as Amy. I’ve not used Nikon, but I heard the D80 (now replaced by the D90), are very nice.

I really want to do the photo 365 project, but I have to find the right time to commit to it, and I know now is not it. Good luck!

Hi there. I was checking out your photos. Very nice! I guess you are really getting into photography. What kind of camera you are using? Amy has her eye on the Nikon d80. Actually ANY camera would be good right now, since the one she does have is broken and she loves taking pictures. She’s hoping maybe after the new year to get one.
I’m still trying to take a photo a day. Started Jan 1 and have missed several days, but have done ALOT of days. I am horrible at taking pictures tho!! Seriously, horrible! Will probably take me another year just to organize them.
Anyway…I enjoy your pictures.

Your flower bed looks very nice. The lilies should do well off in a corner by themselves. They are very pretty when in bloom. You did a good job spacing all the plants. I am sure you will be very happy with your choices.

Anthony could have told you a long time ago that soccer is the most awesome sport ever!! Not sure where he picked it up, but he loves it and has been playing on teams for some time now. I don’t know how many jerseys he has or what his favorite team is…but I’m sure he knows.

I took my fiance and son to a LA Galaxy game two Saturdays ago. I really only went to hear a concert after the game and the game was just something I was going to wait through. My fiance didn’t really want to go to the game but dutifully she went anyway. By half time we both decided we would be back. The fans are crazy! When they would score a goal it was the loudest crowd roar I have heard at a sporting event. Some guy ran out on the field and hugged Beckham, before being arrested and escorted off the field. It was a great time. My Manager played for the Dallas team years ago. He broke his knee trying out for the Colorado team and now does IT. Go figure.

I’m not buying any jerseys just yet, but I will definitely go to another game before the season is over. I guess I’m only a soccer appreciator at this point.
