Comfortable Disappearance

Friday morning I came down with a really nasty bug, most likely from the nachos I had at the Hawk ‘n’ Dove here in DC. I was convinced by a good friend that it was a beter idea to go to the pub than to the gym…turns out that was a bad idea. I’m feeling mostly better now, but I’m still a bit uneasy.

Dana and I have the week off, and were planning on going camping in the Allegheny Mountains in New York. After finding out how much rain Hurricane Dean is bringing to the East Coast, we had to change our plans and have now decided to go to Atlantic City for a few days. We are then going to head over to Dana’s relatives’ home in Barnegat, NJ.

Our friend Lindsay was in DC this weekend, and I have a few photos over at our photo gallery. We went to the amazing Brickskeller on Saturday night for a few refreshing brews. You have to check out their Beer list. There are roughly 1,000 beers on their list, although not all of them are available at all times.
