Comfortable Disappearance

We had a great holiday at home. It was great to see family and a few friends. We got some great presents too! I’m currently watching one of them, “Stop Making Sense - The Talking Heads.” (thanks T!).

An update on the skin cancer bit:
I received a copy of the pathology report, and it states that the malignant cells are at the juncture of the dermis and epidermis. This is good news, because it means that the malignant cells haven’t penetrated the dermis, where blood vessels lie, although it’s definitely close. I’ll be getting surgery at the end of January to get a larger piece removed from my head, and it’ll be a pretty big scar, but it’s obviously worth it.

Dana and I have been battling colds for way too long, so we haven’t done much for excitement, but I don’t think either of us are ready to go back to work. Holiday is much too enjoyable!
