While the $90 million that jurors ordered Clear Channel Communications, Inc. to pay to rival promoter Jam Productions Ltd., is but a drop in the hat for their yearly revenue, at least someone has seen that their giant muscle is unfair competition. However, I should note that the damages are due to contract interference not anti-trust laws.
Jurors ruled that while Clear Channel did not violate antitrust laws, the company had intentionally interfered with Jam’s contract and its business relationship with the American Motorcycle Association.

Well, it appears the No Blood for Oil war protestors were not so far off:
